By purchasing from Mila Knots, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the actual color of hair extensions may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting.

2. Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing stage with our supplier, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Liability: Mila Knots is not responsible for any damage caused to the hair after it has been installed or chemically treated by a third-party stylist.
