Return & Refund Policy – Mila Knots

At Mila Knots, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our hair products.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The hair must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

  • Loops/ties must not be cut or tampered with.

  • The product must show no signs of installation, washing, coloring, or styling.

3. Non-Eligible Items
We will not accept exchanges for:

  • Used or altered hair products

  • Products with cut loops/ties

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order details and reason for exchange

  • Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided

5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the product meets our requirements, an exchange will be processed. If not, the item will be sent back to you.
